This Sunday McGill went head to head vs. the ETS squad in what was a crowd pleasing and high scoring game in Molson Stadium! Although, the game got off to a slow start with a penalty packed first half, we picked up our heads and marched forward testing our new ever-growing dry weather offense! Throughout the second half we exploited ETS's shoddy defense by stretching the ball wide to our winger (Kyle Buckley) who was running like he had rockets instead of feet! We ended the game with a shut out, searing the piranha's (ETS) 68-0 (Damn straight)! Although our hopes for hitting three figures against ETS didn't come true, there were a few names to mention in regards to their outstanding performance. Kyle Buckley with 30 points (5 try's), Alastair Crow 16 points (two try's, three conversions), Marshall Eidinger 5 points (one try), Caleb Balloch (5 pts; one try), Tyler Staton (5 pts; one try), and finally Cayse Ruiter (5 pts; one try)! Also, props go out to Frank whose shoelaces tackled him more then any other defensive player!! Good work this weekend boys and let's be sure to deliver the smack down to Bishops on Wednesday!
