Think-Go is a start-up of 15 people created in 2010, we have been existing for five years now Our DNA is to work on the customer experience of connected shoppers in today’s connected world We have introduced a breakthrough technology in which each pixel will be able to communicate with different connected objects Such as your smartphone, your transport card, your credit card, your watch or your passport. All of them are today’s connected objects Here, the demonstration will show you an application called “drive to store” That means, a screen which will presents coupons and invites consumers to take them and to then use them in corresponding shops This screen allows us to get a coupon by simply putting our credit card on it I can use this coupon by using the same credit card at the cash desk of Bodum shop On this screen, we work on marketing of urgency, marketing of shortage That means, there are certain coupons here, which will only last for 20 seconds. It remains only 4 for Godiva So we push consumers to take these coupons And here we show the coming coupons, so people will wait to take the coupon of Mc Donald’s I’m interested in Mc Donald’s and I take the coupon of Mc Donald’s The subject is also to consider that the bank agency is also a part of the neighborhood ecosystem So by using one’s credit card, we can offer services to retail traders nearby We have deployed this technology in shopping centers, in streets, in stores Today, we have deployed 150 screens like this in the world, offering almost the same customer experience An example of using connected screens: Here is a payment screen, you can see
different charity associations Their names will change every 30 seconds and it suggests you to make a donation by directly putting your credit card on the screen Here, I would like to give 5 euros, I put my credit card and I give 5 euros to the charity association It’s extremely simple, without any application to install, without any complicated wallet to put on I got interested by these images of this screen. And I encourage the consumer to go till the payment, in this use case Well, when we talk about connected experiences with connected shoppers in the connected world We need to imagine that the smartphone is not necessarily the best friend of shopper In fact, what can be interesting for shoppers is to use contextual connected objects Which allow them to search for promotions and new services In Bordeaux, for example, because it’s a pedestrian zone, we considered that the transport card and the University card were the two important targets of Redevco In order to activate the offers, there is no loyalty card and people won’t use their smartphone They will put their transport cards on the coupon to take it Then, at the cash desk, use the same card to use this coupon So in this connected experience, we can imagine that tomorrow, if we are in the subway of Londres The global experience has to adapt to the transport pass (the oyster pass) in Londres But if we are in a big hotel, I can use my hotel pass to take the coupon The future projects for Think&Go are adoption of all of these technologies Which is very important moment for deploying a new technology In the second place, we plan to go further, which means we imagine that instead of paying with your credit card You can pay with your bracelet connected to MasterCard All of them have then the same use and the same simplicity in the customer experience
