Hey everybody this is Eric Worre and welcome to NetworkMarketingPro.com. Today’s message is very simple, but it’s very profound if you want to be a long term network marketing professional. And that is, it doesn’t matter what works, it only matters what duplicates. This has been an adage that goes back decades because people fall in love with what works for them and they forget about needing to create a system inside their organization that can work for anyone. It doesn’t matter what works for you. What matters is what you can get to duplicate. You’ve heard me talk about the formula for financial independence inside of network marketing. Your ability to get a large group of people to do a few simple things over a sustained period of time. So everything that you do in your business has to be measured on that scale. Can a large group of people do this over a sustained period of time; this whatever it is that you’re asking them to do. So don’t fall in love with what works for you, this fancy stuff, and you know that’s right. For example, a lot of times people fall in love with or I know somebody who owns a lot of stores or I know somebody who works in government or I know somebody who’s you know a big-time athlete or whatever it happens to be, don’t fall too much in love with those concepts because it doesn’t matter if it even works for you. Which most of time it doesn’t. It doesn’t matter what works, it only matters what duplicates. Use all of your passion, all of your leadership, all of your skill to get people solid to understand third-party exposures; to understand what few simple things are being asked from that large group of people over a sustained period of time. It doesn’t matter what works, it only matters what duplicates. So ladies and gentlemen, my wish for you is that you decide to become a network marketing professional.
