fragmented industry not something that’s traditionally bought online that we
could actually create something that would entice customers to buy tiles sight
unseen and that’s what we’ve done. An online store is a global platform.
Getting audiences and capturing audiences really comes down to how good
that online store is at delivering audience management. Create just a simple
matrix of the landscape that you’re trying to compete against. Note down the
different policies and services and types of products that those potential
competitors are offering and then you just need to be better than that
essentially. So if you are not delivering next day and your competitor is you need
to put that on your list and make sure that you’re able to do that and exceed
at that.
