Now that you’re offering service appointments
online, you need to decide how you would like to accept payments. You can change how you accept payments at
any point by clicking Settings in the top menu bar, and then choosing Appointment Payments. You have the option to collect full or partial
payment at the time of booking, or to accept payment in person. You can set how much of a deposit you require
if you accept partial payments. If you choose to require any payment up front,
you’ll need to connect your Square account. Click on the green “connect” button and
you’ll be prompted to enter your Square username and password. If you choose to collect in person, you can
keep track of payments by viewing the appointment on your calendar, or from the profile of the
customer who booked your services.
